These records show the base for beverage taxes in Eibenstock in the years 1524 to 1546. They were compiled by the genealogist Ernst Költzsch in Wilkau-Haßlau in March 1964. Publishing was permitted courtesy of his son, Prof. Dr. Költzsch. The transcript is in the library Ratsschulbibliothek Zwickau, a copy is held in the archive of the AMF e.V. The original is held in the Thuringian public record office (Thüringisches Staatsarchiv Weimar, Reg Qg pag. 538 3 3683 a - 3710).
These records contain the persons liable for beer and wine tax at fixed collection dates in the years 1524 to 1546 in Eibenstock. Some other places are referred to as well. There are 53 persons mentioned in 241 regesta.
