Rottluff as today's local part of Chemnitz, belonged from time immemorial to the court district of Chemnitz. Information to the place Rottluff can be found in the Wikipedia and on the Internet sites of Chemnitz.
Rottluff in the above mentioned period belonged to the congregation of Rabenstein.
